Peace Cafe Kicks Off With Feb. 27 Gathering

On Thursday, Feb. 27, RPEC offered the first Peace Cafe, meeting at Crossroads Coffee and Ice Cream in Forest Hill. This offered a space for open, respectful conversations on today’s pressing issues. This week we discussed the upcoming economic boycotts as well as program ideas to promote the peace education center. The next cafe will be held on Thursday, March 13 at a Northside coffee shop.
